Program Manager
Ethan Shapiro is the Program Manager at the Lexington Institute. Prior to joining Lexington, Ethan held internships at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, Bullpen Strategy Group, and in the U.S. House of Representatives. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College in May 2023 and originally hails from Arlington, Virginia.
