President Biden and his appointees have demonstrated a willingness to use the antitrust laws to target successful American companies. Even after court losses and a failed legislative push, antitrust enforcers are still pushing. It is time for conservatives to push back. Republicans in Congress should make every effort to codify the long-standing consumer welfare standard, and they should work to limit the power of the antitrust agencies.
