The Lexington Institute’s e-mail newsletter, the Cuba Policy Report, will cover events and trends in Cuba and developments in U.S. policy toward Cuba.<\/p>\n
The newsletter will be issued as events warrant, an issue or so per month, so we will not be clogging your in-box. We are not out to replace the daily news services that many Cuba-watchers rely upon; rather, we will try to provide information or analysis based on what we see in Washington and in Cuba.<\/p>\n
Our first issues will include information about Cuba’s stepped-up drug enforcement efforts, and an assessment of the Bush Administration’s Cuba policy after its first two years in office.
