While the Postal Service Reform Act has considerable bipartisan support, Steidler said it would not do enough to improve the Postal Service\u2019s finances or operations. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The bill is woefully insufficient because it does nothing to improve mail service. It takes the pressure off of the Postal Service to better understand and to reduce its costs.
