Commenting on the disparity of postal rates between the U.S. and China, the Kearney Hub\u2019s editorial team cites information from Lexington\u2019s Paul Steidler. China currently benefits from favorable rates set by the Universal Postal Union, but President Trump has sought to redress the balance. \u201cSteidler said that until recently, China has dominated the UPU, but that might be changing because in August 2018, the Trump Administration began a campaign to reform the UPU,\u201d the paper reported.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
