Las Vegas Man Frustrated Over USPS Delivery Slowdown, Says Caused Late Fees (From KTNV-TV, ABC Affiliate, Las Vegas, Nevada)

October 19, 2021October 20, 2021Paul Steidler

Lexington’s Paul Steidler was interviewed by KTNV-TV, an ABC Affiliate from Las Vegas, about the U.S. Postal Service’s (USPS’s) October 1 mail delivery slowdown. He said that a large amount of first-class mail will now take five days to deliver instead of three, due to the new standards. This impacts many people and businesses.

Steidler said, in-state delivery times will be less affected. He also recommended making sure to send out mail well in advance during the holiday season so that gifts and cards do not arrive late.
