Constance Baroudos
Program Director
Constance Baroudos serves as Program Director for the Lexington Institute, a public-policy think tank based in Arlington, Virginia.
Baroudos graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. She completed her Master of Arts in Political Science at California State University, Fullerton in 2011.
Prior to joining the staff of the Lexington Institute, Baroudos served as a senior fellow at Axela LLC., a government relations communication firm located in downtown DC. As a senior fellow she improved government relations, partnerships and public affairs for corporate and non- profit organizations, coordinated briefings on Capitol Hill and lead nationwide training sessions to improve government advocacy and worked with Senate, House of Representatives and committee staff to relay clients’ goals and discuss pending legislation. Her professional experience also includes serving as a research and administrative assistant in Congressman Randall Hutlgren’s Office. As a research and administrative assistant, she assisted legislative staff with research and constituent correspondence, provided tours of the Capitol and communicated constituents’ opinions to Congressman Hultgren. Her professional experience also includes the American Hellenic Institute where she served as a research assistant and participated in a foreign policy trip abroad to Greece and Cyprus.
